Privacy Policy

VendiSphere ("VendiSphere," "we," "us," or "our") provides free, fully managed vending machine placement and service to businesses and properties in the Houston, Texas area. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information you provide to us

The only place this website asks for personal information is the Request a Machine form. When you submit that form, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your business name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The service-location address where you would like a machine
• The type of business or location
• An estimate of how many people are present on a typical day
• Anything you choose to write in the optional message field

Everything except the message field is required in order to submit the form. Because the message field is free text, please do not include sensitive information in it — such as financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or health information. We do not need that information to evaluate a location.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs when you visit the site, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed, and the date and time of your visit. These logs are used to operate and secure the site.

This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, your IP address is shared with Google as a necessary part of that request.

What we do not do

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, analytics tools, social media pixels, or any similar tracking technology. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other websites.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit only to:

• Respond to your request and contact you about it
• Evaluate whether your location is a fit for a VendiSphere machine
• Discuss equipment, product selection, and service arrangements with you
• Maintain ordinary business records of inquiries we have received

Submitting the form begins a conversation. It does not guarantee placement of a machine and does not create a service agreement.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:

• Form delivery. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which forwards them to us by email. Their handling of the data is governed by the Formspree Privacy Policy.
• Website hosting. This site is hosted by Vercel, which processes server logs as described above. See the Vercel Privacy Policy.
• Fonts. Font files are served by Google. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• Service providers. Companies that help us operate our business, such as our email provider, and only to the extent needed to do that work.
• Legal reasons. If we are required to by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to your inquiry, to manage any resulting service relationship, and to keep reasonable business and tax records. When we no longer need the information for those purposes, we delete it or stop associating it with you.

How we protect it

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We limit access to submitted information to people who need it to respond to your request. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law — including the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and the right to appeal if we decline a request.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for businesses and property operators. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Please check back periodically.
